Welcome to Produse! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (https://produse.pro) and our productivity suite, including our Task Management, Project Tools, AI Assistant, Document Converter, and other related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using Produse, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

1. Accounts and Registration

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Verification: We require email verification to activate your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Produse to:

• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code via the Document Converter or Project files.
• Use the AI Assistant to generate hate speech, illegal content, or sexually explicit material.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the security of the Produse platform.
• Spam other users via the Project Invitation or Team Collaboration features.

3. User Content and Data

• Your Ownership: You retain ownership of the tasks, notes, journals, and files you create or upload to Produse.
• License to Us: By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely as required to provide the Service to you (e.g., showing your tasks on your dashboard).
• Document Converter: Files uploaded for conversion are processed temporarily and deleted automatically. We do not claim ownership of these files.

4. AI Features Disclaimer

Our Service includes AI capabilities powered by third-party models.

• Accuracy: AI can make mistakes. Responses generated by Produse AI may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should not rely on the AI for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing any code, text, or summaries generated by the AI before using them.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

• Free & Paid Services: Produse offers free features. In the future, certain advanced features may require the purchase of "ProCoins" or a Subscription Plan.
• Pricing: Prices are subject to change. Fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm any purchase.
• Refunds: Unless required by law, payments for ProCoins and Subscriptions are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

The Produse platform, including its design, logo, code, and "flow" logic, is the exclusive property of Produse. You may not copy or duplicate the Service for competitive purposes.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms (e.g., abusing the API, attempting SQL injection, or harassing other users).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data stored will be preserved without loss. Please backup your critical data regularly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Produse and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profit) resulting from your use of the Service.
