To provide our core features, we store and process data you input into the system:

• Tasks & Projects: Titles, descriptions, deadlines, priorities, and project details.
• Notes & Journals: Content of your notes, tags, and journal entries.
• Reminders: Scheduled times and reminder messages.
• AI Chat: Conversations history and text inputs shared with our AI assistant.
• Collaborative Data: If you use the "Team" or "Project" features, your activity logs (e.g., "User X created a task") are visible to other members of that specific project.

C. Files and Documents

• Document Converter: Files uploaded for conversion (PDF, Word, Excel, etc.) are processed temporarily. We do not permanently store files uploaded specifically for the conversion tool. They are deleted from our servers shortly after the conversion is complete to guarantee your privacy.
• AI Analysis: Files uploaded to the AI Chat for parsing (PDF, CSV, etc.) are processed to provide answers and are stored securely associated with your chat history until you delete the conversation.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to facilitate the functionality of Produse:

• Core Functionality: To display your tasks, save your notes, and organize your projects.
• AI Assistant: To provide intelligent responses, generate content, and analyze documents based on your prompts.
• Notifications: To send reminders via your chosen method (Web Push, Email, WhatsApp, or Telegram).
• Collaboration: To enable team features, such as assigning tasks and showing project progress/audit logs to team members.
• Improvement: To analyze system performance (e.g., fixing bugs in the dashboard or loading times).

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. However, we may share data with trusted third-party service providers to run the application:

• AI Providers: Text and file content sent to the AI chat may be processed by third-party AI models to generate responses.
• Notification Services: Your phone number or email is used via third-party APIs solely to deliver your requested reminders.
• Payment Processors: If you purchase "ProCoin" or a Subscription, financial transactions are handled by secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your credit card details.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

• Retention: We keep your account data (Tasks, Projects, Notes) as long as your account is active.
• Document Converter: Files are processed in temporary storage and are automatically purged.
• User Deletion Rights: You can delete specific data directly within the dashboard. If you wish to delete your entire account and all associated data, please contact us.

We use cookies and local storage to keep you logged in (session management), remember your preferences (e.g., sidebar toggle state, theme settings), and manage temporary states like the "Flow Mode" timer.
